How quickly will my order be delivered?

Your gift will be delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri) and in some instances will be delivered the same day.

Do you put the same products as pictured in the baskets?

Our offerings change continually as we are constantly discovering new artisans and products, as well as craft limited editions that change with the seasons. No two baskets will look exactly alike (they will be equally beautiful) but if you have a specific request we are happy to do our best to accommodate.

Can I include a personalized message?

Sure! We will include a handwritten letterpress card from our sister company Ink & Ivory, at no additional cost. Email [email protected] with what you'd like it to say.

What if no one was home when the gift was delivered?

We will either leave it in a safe place or attempt to deliver it the next business day.
